The best way is to use a measure tape or a ruler and then measure around your wrist. Then simply select the closest size from the size options below as this will be the ideal size to fit your wrist perfectly. We do offer two size options 6.5” and 7.5”.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Yes you will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order has been shipped.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
Once your order has been confirmed, we aimed to get order's dispatched very quickly, however if you realise you have made a error in ordering the incorrect product or size, then do let us know immediately and we will try to amend this for you for dispatch. Please ensure all your billing and delivery information is correct before submitting your order, due to security reasons this information cannot be changed therefore we will have to cancel your order so you can re-order with the correct information.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
If you have an applicable discount code but forgot to enter and apply it to your order before completing the transaction, email us at email@example.com immediately. Include your order number (from the confirmation screen or confirmation email), your order total, and the discount code. Once we locate your order we will credit the amount charged to your credit card or Paypal. Or alternatively we can cancel your order and you can re-order with the discount code. Once goods have been dispatched we cannot amend or apply this code.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes we ship to most EU countries along with USA, Canada, Asia, UAE, South America and Australia. If your country is not included in the checkout list then do let us know. Orders from Indonesia, Nigeria and Malaysia are not accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
CAN I PAY BY EURO OR US DOLLAR?
Sorry, even though you can see the prices in your own currency, they are for reference purpose only. We will charge your card in British Pounds Sterling at the rate offered to you by your card company at the time of the transaction.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We use Royal Mail for standard methods and offer express services with DHL, FedEx and UPS.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
We are a mail order company and as such collections are unfortunately not available. It is too difficult to coordinate product, pick-up times and staff to accommodate this.
WHY HAVEN'T YOU REPLIED TO MY EMAIL?
We aim to answer emails during office hours within 1 hour so please ask any relevant question before buying. As a matter of company policy, every email that has a question in it will be answered. If you get no response, either we didn't get your email, or you did not receive our reply. Many people have junk mail filters today - please check to see if your email software has deleted the response from us. Please note we are on GMT time zone.
CAN I HAVE THE GOODS DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Yes you can have the goods delivered to another address as this option will be offered to you in the checkout. Please note under certain circumstances goods will only be sent to cardholders address irrelevant of the request or alternative address that may have been requested at time of order.

We are not able to accept returns for LIVEFIT™ products not purchased directly through our website for any reason.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?
Please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know if you intend on returning an item for an exchange or refund. We also recommend sending by registered post in order to track the return reaches us safely and securely. For all refunds/returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and also cover our cost for sending you an exchange if required. Please refer to our Refund/Exchange section for more info.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Please allow up to 10 days from the time your return is delivered to us for it to be processed.
