We are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange an item for any reason then you will be liable for the cost of return postage however we will cover the cost of returning the replacement back to yourself.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for orders unless the item is faulty, broken or if you have recieved the wrong item

If you are exchanging an item, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot accept liability for parcels damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
Please make sure to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We will not accept any goods back once the item(s) have been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item(s) upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect new condition before wearing.

If you item(s) have been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. Please note we will only refund your shipping costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part.
